حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي بُرَيْدَةَ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
فِي الْإِنْسَانِ ثَلَاثُمِائَةٍ وَسِتُّونَ مَفْصِلًا، فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ عَنْ كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ مِنْهُ صَدَقَةً قَالَ: وَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ ؟ قَالَ: " النُّخَامَةُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ تَدْفِنُهَا أَوِ الشَّيْءُ تُنَحِّيهِ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَقْدِرْ فَرَكْعَتَا الضُّحَى تُجْزِئُكَ
Translation

✧ In the human being there are three hundred and sixty joints. It is incumbent upon him to give charity for every joint. He asked: Who can do that, O Prophet of Allah? He said: "A phlegm in the mosque that you bury, or something you remove from the road. If you are unable, then two rak'ahs of Duha suffice you."
