حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَا مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَلَا أُنْثَى إِلَّا عَلَيْهِ جَرِيرٌ مَعْقُودٌ حِينَ يَرْقُدُ بِاللَّيْلِ، بِمِثْلِهِ وَزَادَ " وَأَصْبَحَ خَفِيفًا طَيِّبَ النَّفْسِ، قَدْ أَصَابَ خَيْرًا

Translation

✧ There is no male or female but has a rope tied on him when he sleeps at night, similar to it. And he added: 'And he wakes up light and good in spirit, having attained good.'
