✧ I was with Abdullah b. Umar, Hafs b. Asim, and Musahiq b. Amr. He said: The sun set, and it was said to Ibn Umar, 'The prayer.' He said: He continued traveling, and it was said to him, 'The prayer.' He replied: 'The Messenger of God ﷺ, when the journey was pressing, would delay this prayer; and I intend to delay it.' He said: We traveled until midnight—or near midnight. He said: Then he dismounted and prayed it.
