The account of the Ascension
[ صِفَةُ أَكَلَةِ أَمْوَالِ الْيَتَامَى ] قَالَ: ثُمَّ رَأَيْتُ رِجَالًا لَهُمْ مَشَافِرُ كَمَشَافِرِ الْإِبِلِ، فِي أَيْدِيهمْ قِطَعٌ مِنْ نَارٍ كَالْأَفْهَارِ، يَقْذِفُونَهَا فِي أَفْوَاهِهِمْ، فَتَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَدْبَارِهِمْ. فَقُلْتُ: مَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ يَا جِبْرِيلُ ؟ قَالَ: هَؤُلَاءِ أَكَلَةُ أَمْوَالِ الْيَتَامَى ظُلْمًا. [ صِفَةُ أَكَلَةِ الرِّبَا ] قَالَ: ثُمَّ رَأَيْتُ رِجَالًا لَهُمْ بُطُونٌ لَمْ أَرَ مِثْلَهَا قَطُّ بِسَبِيلِ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ يَمُرُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ كَالْإِبِلِ الْمَهْيُومَةِ حِينَ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَى النَّارِ يَطَئُونَهُمْ لَا يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْ يَتَحَوَّلُوا مِنْ مَكَانِهِمْ ذَلِكَ. قَالَ: قُلْتُ: مَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ يَا جِبْرِيلُ ؟ قَالَ: هَؤُلَاءِ أَكَلَةُ الرِّبَا
Translation
✧ [The description of those who consume the property of orphans] He said: Then I saw men with lips like the lips of camels. In their hands were pieces of fire like pebbles, which they threw into their mouths, and they came out from their posteriors. I said: Who are these, O Jibrīl? He said: These are those who consume the property of orphans unjustly. [The description of those who consume usury] He said: Then I saw men with bellies the like of which I have never seen before, on the path of the family of Pharaoh. They pass over them like crazed camels when they are brought to the Fire, trampling them, unable to move from that place of theirs. He said: I said: Who are these, O Jibrīl? He said: These are those who consume usury.
