✧ I was sitting with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the circle, and a man was standing praying. When he bowed and prostrated and recited the tashahhud, he supplicated. In his supplication he said: 'O Allah, I ask You by the fact that Yours is all praise; there is no god but You, the Bestower of Favors, the Ever-Giving, Originator of the heavens and the earth; O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting. O Allah, I ask You.' The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Do you know what he has supplicated with?' They said: 'Allah and His Messenger know best.' He said: 'By the One in Whose hand is my soul, he has supplicated by His Great Name, which when one supplicates by it He answers, and when one asks by it He gives.'
