أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الطَّالَقَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى الْجُهَنِيُّ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «أَيَعْجَزُ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَكْتَسِبَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ أَلْفَ حَسَنَةٍ»؟ فَسَأَلَهُ نَاسٌ مِنْ جُلَسَائِهِ وَكَيْفَ يَكْتَسِبُ أَحَدُنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ أَلْفَ حَسَنَةٍ؟ قَالَ «يُسَبِّحُ اللَّهَ مِائَةَ تَسْبِيحَةٍ فَيَكْتُبُ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَلْفَ حَسَنَةٍ وَيَحُطُّ عَنْهُ أَلْفَ سَيِّئَةٍ»

✧ We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he said, 'Is any one of you unable to earn a thousand good deeds every day?' A group of his companions asked him, 'How can any of us earn a thousand good deeds every day, O Messenger of Allah?' He said, 'He glorifies Allah one hundred times, and Allah writes for him a thousand good deeds and erases from him a thousand sins.'
