✧ He said: "Do you have any difficulty in seeing the sun on a clear day when the sky is free of clouds and there is no cloud in it?" They said: No. He said: "Do you have any difficulty in seeing the moon on the night of the full moon when the sky is clear and free of clouds, with no cloud in it?" They said: No. He said: "By Him in Whose hand is my soul, thus you will have no difficulty in seeing your Lord on the Day of Resurrection, just as you have no difficulty in seeing either of them. The servant will meet his Lord on the Day of Resurrection, and Allah, Mighty and Exalted, will say: 'O so-and-so, did I not create you? Did I not make you hearing and seeing? Did I not marry you? Did I not honor you? Did I not subjugate for you horses and camels? Did I not make you a leader and leave you to take the fourth part of the spoils?' He will say: 'Yes, O Lord.' Then He will say: 'Did you think that you would meet Me?' He will say: 'No, O Lord.' Then He will say: 'Today I forget you as you forgot Me.' He said: The other will meet Him, and He will say: 'O so-and-so, did I not create you? Did I not make you hearing and seeing? Did I not marry you? Did I not honor you? Did I not subjugate for you horses and camels? Did I not make you a leader and leave you to take the fourth part of the spoils?' He will say: 'Yes, O Lord.' Then He will say: 'What did you prepare for Me?' He will say: 'I believed in You, Your Book, and Your Messenger, and I affirmed, prayed, and fasted.' Then He will say: 'So here, then.' Then He will say: 'Shall We send against you?' He said: He will think to himself: Who is this who will testify against me? He said: That is the hypocrite with whom Allah is angry; that is to leave him no excuse. His mouth will be sealed, and his thigh will be told: 'Speak,' and his thigh, bones, and sinews will speak about what he used to do. Then a caller will proclaim: 'Let every nation follow what it used to worship.' The worshippers of the cross will follow the cross, the worshippers of fire will follow the fire, the worshippers of idols will follow the idols, the worshippers of Satan will follow Satan, and every tyrant will follow their tyrant to Hell. We, the believers, will remain, and we are the believers. Our Lord, Blessed and Exalted, will come to us while we are standing, and He will say: 'Why are these standing?' We will say: 'We are Allah's believing servants; we believed in Him and did not associate anything with Him. This is our station, and we will not leave until our Lord comes to us, and He is our Lord, and He will make us firm.' He will say: 'Do you recognize Him?' We will say: 'Glory be to Him; if He acknowledges Himself to us, we will recognize Him.'" Sufyan said: "And here there is a word I will not say to you." He said: "We will proceed until we come to the bridge, and on it are hooks of fire that snatch people. At that place intercession takes place: O Allah, grant safety, grant safety; O Allah, grant safety, grant safety; O Allah, grant safety, grant safety. When he crosses the bridge, every person who spent a pair of wealth from what he owned in the cause of Allah, every keeper of Paradise will call him: 'O servant of Allah, O Muslim, this is better, come; O servant of Allah, O Muslim, this is better, come; O servant of Allah, O Muslim, this is better, come.'" Abu Bakr, who was beside the Prophet ﷺ, said: "That is a servant who will have no loss; he will leave one door and enter from another." The Prophet ﷺ said, wiping his shoulders: "I hope that you will be among them."
