أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ بَكْرَ بْنَ سَوَادَةَ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَلَا قَوْلَ اللَّهِ فِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ {رَبِّ إِنَّهُنَّ أَضْلَلْنَ كَثِيرًا مِنَ النَّاسِ فَمَنْ تَبِعَنِي فَإِنَّهُ مِنِّي} الْآيَةَ وَقَالَ عِيسَى {إِنْ تُعَذِّبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ} إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ قَالَ اللَّهُ «يَا جِبْرِيلُ اذْهَبْ إِلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَقُلْ لَهُ إِنَّا سَنُرْضِيكَ فِي أُمَّتِكَ وَلَا نَسُوؤُكَ»
