أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ حَدَّثَنَا بُكَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ
لَمَّا وُلِدَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ أَتَيْتُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَتَفَلَ فِي فِيهِ فَكَانَ أَوَّلَ شَيْءٍ دَخَلَ جَوْفَهُ وَقَالَ «هُوَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَأَنْتِ أُمُّ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فَمَا زِلْتُ أُكَنَّى بِهَا وَمَا وَلَدْتُ قَطُّ»

✧ When Abdullah ibn Zubayr was born, I brought him to the Prophet ﷺ and he performed the tahneek (a custom of placing a piece of softened date in the newborn's mouth). The first thing that entered his (Abdullah's) stomach was this tahneek. The Prophet ﷺ said, "He is Abdullah and you are the mother of Abdullah. I will always be attached to him and I have never had any other children."
