أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَسْرُوقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«لَوْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُؤَاخِذُنِي وَعِيسَى بِذُنُوبِنَا لَعَذَّبَنَا وَلَا يَظْلِمُنَا شَيْئًا» قَالَ وَأَشَارَ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ وَالَّتِي تَلِيهَا

✧ 'If Allah were to hold me and Jesus accountable for our sins, He would punish us, and He would not wrong us in anything.' He said, and he gestured with his index finger and the one next to it.
