أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الرُّقَى فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّكَ نَهَيْتَ عَنِ الرُّقَى؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَنْفَعَ أَخَاهُ فَلْيَفْعَلْ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade incantations. It was said: O Messenger of Allah, you have forbidden incantations? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever of you can benefit his brother, let him do so.'
