أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّامِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ زُرَارَةَ بْنَ أَوْفَى يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا عَضَّ يَدَ رَجُلٍ فَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ هَكَذَا فَنَزَعَهَا مِنْ فِيهِ فَوَقَعَتْ ثَنِيَّتَاهُ فَاخْتَصَمُوا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ ﷺ «يَعَضُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ كَمَا يَعَضُّ الْفَحْلُ؟ لَا دِيَةَ لَكَ»

✧ A man bit another man's hand, and he pulled his hand away like this, drawing it from his mouth, and his two front teeth fell out. They brought their dispute to the Prophet ﷺ, and he ﷺ said: "Would one of you bite his brother as a stallion bites? There is no blood money for you."
