أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ فَيْرُوزَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

«لَا يَجُوزُ مِنَ الضَّحَايَا أَرْبَعٌ الْعَوْرَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَوَرُهَا وَالْعَرْجَاءُ الْبَيِّنُ عَرَجُهَا وَالْمَرِيضَةُ الْبَيِّنُ مَرَضُهَا وَالْعَجْفَاءُ الَّتِي لَا تُنْقِي»

✧ «Four are not permissible among sacrificial animals: the one-eyed whose defect is evident, the lame whose limp is evident, the sick whose illness is evident, and the emaciated that has no marrow.»
