أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الثَّقَفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ عَسْكَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فِي أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ وَعِنْدَهَا جَارِيَتَانِ تُغَنِّيَانِ وَتَضْرِبَانِ بِالدُّفِّ فَسَبَّهُمَا وَخَرَقَ دُفَّيْهِمَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «دَعْهُمَا فَإِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ عِيدٍ»

✧ Abu Bakr entered upon her during the days of Tashriq, and with her were two slave girls singing and beating the duff. He reviled them and tore their duffs. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Leave them, for these are days of Eid."
