✧ “Were it not that dogs are a community among the communities, I would have commanded that they be killed. So kill the pure-black one among them.” He said, “And any people who take a dog that is not a dog for farming, hunting, or livestock, a qīrāṭ is diminished from their reward every day.” He said, “And we were commanded to pray in the sheepfolds and not to pray in the camel resting places, for they were created from the devils.”
