أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ مَتَى السَّاعَةُ؟ قَالَ «أَمَا إِنَّهَا قَائِمَةٌ فَمَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا؟ » قَالَ مَا أَعْدَدْتُ لَهَا كَثِيرَ عَمَلٍ إِلَّا أَنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَإِنَّكَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ وَلَكَ مَا احْتَسَبْتَ»

✧ A man said: O Prophet of Allah, when is the Hour? He said: "Indeed it is coming, so what have you prepared for it?" He said: I have not prepared for it much action except that I love Allah and His Messenger. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "You will be with the one you love, and you will have what you have hoped for."
