أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ
أَنَّ أَبَاهُ اسْتَأْذَنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي خَرَاجِ الْحَجَّامِ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ فَلَمْ يَزَلْ بِهِ حَتَّى قَالَ «أَطْعِمْهُ رَقِيقَكَ وَأَعْلِفْهُ نَاضِحَكَ»

✧ His father asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for permission regarding the cupper's tax, but he refused to grant him permission, and he persisted until he said: "Feed it to your slaves and give it as fodder to your water-carrying camel."
