أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ الصُّوفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْجَرَّاحُ بْنُ مَلِيحٍ الْبَهْرَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ الطَّائِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«الْعَارِيَةُ مُؤَدَّاةٌ وَالْمِنْحَةُ مَرْدُودَةٌ وَمَنْ وَجَدَ لِقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ صِرَارُهَا حَتَّى يُرِيَهَا»

✧ The borrowed item is to be returned, the gift of a milch animal is to be returned, and whoever finds a milch camel kept unmilked for a long time, it is not lawful for him to keep it unmilked until he shows it.
