أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ مُجَاشِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ كُرْدُوسٍ التَّغْلِبِيِّ عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينِ صَبْرٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ فِيهَا فَاجِرٌ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ أَجْذَمَ»
