أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الشَّرْقِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

«إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ الْبَائِعُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا دُونَ الْغُرَمَاءِ»

✧ When a man goes bankrupt and the seller finds his goods themselves, he has more right to them than the creditors.
