أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«إِذَا ابْتَاعَ الرَّجُلُ سِلْعَةً ثُمَّ فَلَّسَ وَهِيَ عِنْدَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ»
