أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ
«نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى تَزْهُوَ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْحَبِّ حَتَّى يَشْتَدَّ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْعِنَبِ حَتَّى يَسْوَدَّ»

✧ He forbade the sale of palm trees until they become ripe, the sale of grains until they harden, and the sale of grapes until they turn black.
