أَخْبَرَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنْ حِزَامِ بْنِ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ يَعْنِي عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ

اشْتَرَيْتُ طَعَامًا مِنْ طَعَامِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَأَرْبَحْتُ فِيهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَقْبِضَهُ فَأَرَدْتُ بَيْعَهُ فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَبِعْهُ حَتَّى تَقْبِضَهُ»

✧ I bought food from the food of the charity, and I made a profit on it before taking possession of it. Then I wanted to sell it, so I asked the Prophet ﷺ. He said, "Do not sell it until you take possession of it."
