أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ قَحْطَبَةَ بِفَمِ الصِّلْحِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ أَنَّ يَعْلَى بْنَ حَكِيمٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ يُوسُفَ بْنَ مَاهَكٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عِصْمَةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ حَكِيمَ بْنَ حِزَامٍ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي رَجُلٌ أَشْتَرِي الْمَتَاعَ فَمَا الَّذِي يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْهَا وَمَا يَحْرُمُ عَلَيَّ فَقَالَ «يَا بْنَ أَخِي إِذَا ابْتَعْتَ بَيْعًا فَلَا تَبِعْهُ حَتَّى تَقْبِضَهُ»
