✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ looked at the sky and said, "This is the time when knowledge will be raised." A man from the Ansar named Labid b. Ziyad said, "O Messenger of Allah, will knowledge be raised while it has been established and hearts have retained it?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I had considered you the most knowledgeable of the people of Madinah." Then he mentioned the straying of the Jews and Christians despite the Book of Allah in their hands. He said: Then I met Shaddad b. Aws and told him the hadith of 'Awf b. Malik, and he said, "'Awf spoke the truth." Then he said, "Shall I inform you of the first of that to be raised?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Humility (khushu'), until you see no one humble."
