✧ I swore by al-Lat and al-Uzza. My companions said: You have spoken an evil word. So I went to the Prophet ﷺ and said: O Messenger of Allah, the covenant was recent, and I swore by al-Lat and al-Uzza. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Say: There is no god but Allah alone, three times, then spit to your left three times, and seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan, and do not repeat it."
