أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبَّادٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبَّادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى وَعَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ ابْنَا نُبَيْهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ»
