أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ الْبَحْرَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ مُجَاهِدًا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَخْبَرَهُ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُقِيمَ عَلَى بُدُنِهِ وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُقَسِّمَ بُدْنَهُ كُلَّهَا لُحُومَهَا وَجُلُودَهَا وَجِلَالَهَا لِلْمَسَاكِينِ وَلَا يُعْطِي فِي جِزَارَتِهَا مِنْهَا شَيْئًا»
