أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْهِرْمَاسُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ قَالَ
«أَبْصَرْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَأَبِي وَأَنَا مُرْدِفٌ وَرَاءَهُ عَلَى جَمَلٍ وَأَنَا صَبِيٌّ صَغِيرٌ فَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ الْعَضْبَاءِ بِمِنًى»
