أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«إِنَّ اللَّهَ إِذَا أَحَبَّ عَبْدًا نَادَى جِبْرِيلَ إِنِّي قَدْ أَحْبَبْتُ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبَّهُ قَالَ فَيَقُولُ جِبْرِيلُ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ قَالَ وَيُوضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِذَا أَبْغَضَ عَبْدًا فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ»

✧ "Indeed, when Allah loves a servant, He calls Jibril: 'I have loved so-and-so, so love him.' He said: Then Jibril says to the inhabitants of heaven: 'Your Lord has loved so-and-so, so love him.' Then the inhabitants of heaven love him. He said: And acceptance is placed for him on earth. And when He hates a servant, it is similar to that."
