✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, morning overtakes me while I am junub, so may I fast that day of mine?' I heard the Prophet ﷺ say: 'Sometimes morning overtakes me while I am junub, so I get up, perform ghusl, pray the morning prayer, and fast that day of mine.' The man said: 'You are not like us; Allah has forgiven you your past and future sins.' The Prophet said: 'I hope that I am the most fearful of Allah among you and the most knowledgeable of you of what I avoid.'
