✧ On the day of Khaybar, my brother fought fiercely alongside the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and his sword recoiled upon him and killed him. The companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said about that, “A man died by his own weapon,” and they were doubtful about some of his affair. Salamah said: Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ departed from Khaybar, and I said, “O Messenger of Allah, permit me to recite rajab verses for you.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted me, and Umar ibn al-Khattab said, “I know what you say.”
