✧ A Lesson in the Martyr

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَهْمٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْفَزَارِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ يَخَامِرَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«مَنْ جُرِحَ جُرْحًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَدْمَى اللَّوْنُ لَوْنُ دَمٍ وَالرِّيحُ رِيحِ مِسْكٍ وَمَنْ جُرِحَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ طُبِعَ بِطَابَعِ الشُّهَدَاءِ»

✧ «Whoever is wounded with a wound in the way of Allah will come on the Day of Resurrection bleeding, with the color the color of blood and the fragrance the fragrance of musk. And whoever is wounded in the way of Allah is stamped with the seal of the martyrs»
