✧ I had forbidden you three things: visiting graves, keeping the meat of sacrificial animals beyond three days, and using certain vessels except what is in a waterskin. Permission has been given to Muhammad ﷺ to visit his mother's grave. I had forbidden you to keep the meat of sacrificial animals beyond three days so that those of you with abundance might distribute it to those who did not sacrifice. I had forbidden you certain vessels except what is made of waterskin, for no vessel makes anything lawful or unlawful.
