✧ A Chapter about the Prayer for the Funeral

أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْأَعْرَجُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَسَلْمَانَ الْأَغَرِ مَوْلَى جُهَيْنَةَ كُلُّهُمْ حَدِّثُونِي عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ

«إِذَا صَلَّيْتُمْ عَلَى الْجَنَازَةِ فَأَخْلِصُوا لَهَا الدُّعَاءَ»
