أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
«لَا يَتَمَنَّى أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَوْتَ وَلَا يَدْعُو بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُ إِنَّهُ إِذَا مَاتَ انْقَطَعَ عَمَلُهُ وَإِنَّهُ لَا يَزِيدُ الْمُؤْمِنَ عُمُرُهُ إِلَّا خَيْرًا»
