أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ مُجَاشِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ سَجَّادَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَرَّ بِامْرَأَةٍ عِنْدَ قَبْرٍ تَبْكِي فَقَالَ «يَا هَذِهِ اصْبِرِي» فَقَالَتْ إِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا مُصَابِي فَقِيلَ لَهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ هَذَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَتَتْهُ فَقَالَتْ لَمْ أَعْرِفْكَ

✧ That the Prophet ﷺ passed by a woman at a grave weeping and said, 'O woman, be patient.' She said, 'You do not know my affliction.' Then it was said to her afterwards, 'This is the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.' So she came to him and said, 'I did not recognize you.'
