ثُمَّ تَذَاكَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَحَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ الدُّنْيَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الدُّنْيَا خَضِرَةٌ حُلْوَةٌ فَمَنْ أَخَذَهَا بِحَقِّهَا بُورِكَ لَهُ فِيهَا وَرُبَّ مُتَخَوِّضٍ فِيمَا شَاءَتْ نَفْسُهُ فِي مَالِ اللَّهِ وَمَالِ رَسُولِهِ ﷺ لَهُ النَّارُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»
Translation
✧ Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and Hamzah b. 'Abd al-Muttalib conversed about this world. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'This world is green and sweet. Whoever takes it with its right, he is blessed in it. But many a one plunges into whatever his soul desires of the wealth of Allah and the wealth of His Messenger ﷺ, and for him is the Fire on the Day of Resurrection.'
