✧ Regarding the prayer of fear, he said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood with a group behind him and another group behind the one behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, sitting, with all their faces toward the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said the takbir, and both groups said the takbir. He bowed, and the group behind him bowed while the others sat. Then he prostrated and they prostrated, while the others sat. Then he stood and they stood, and they stepped back behind them until they were in the place of their companions sitting, and the other group came and he prayed with them one rak'ah and two prostrations while the others sat. Then he said the taslim. Then both groups rose and prayed for themselves one rak'ah and two prostrations.'
