أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ

أَنَّ الضَّحَّاكَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ سَأَلَ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ مَاذَا كَانَ يَقْرَأُ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى إِثْرِ سُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ؟ فَقَالَ «كَانَ يَقْرَأُ ﷺ بِ هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ»

✧ Al-Ḍaḥḥāk b. Qays asked al-Nuʿmān b. Bashīr: What did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recite on Friday after Sūrat al-Jumuʿah? He said: 'He ﷺ used to recite "Has there come to you the narration of the Overwhelming (al-Ghāshiyah)?"'
