✧ 'Abd Allah (said): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed a prayer. Ibrahim said: I do not know whether he added or omitted. When he gave the salutation, it was said to him, 'O Messenger of Allah, has something occurred in the prayer?' He said, 'No, and what is that?' They said, 'You prayed such and such.' He said, 'So he folded his leg, faced the qiblah, prostrated two prostrations, then gave the salutation. When he turned his face to us, he said, 'If something had occurred in the prayer, I would have informed you of it, but I am only a human being like you; I forget as you forget. So when I forget, remind me, and when one of you doubts in his prayer, let him strive for what is correct, complete it accordingly, then give the salutation, then prostrate two prostrations.'
