أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي إِذَا رَأَيْتُكَ طَابَتْ نَفْسِي وَقَرَّتْ عَيْنِي أَنْبِئْنِي عَنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَالَ «كُلُّ شَيْءٍ خُلِقَ مِنَ الْمَاءِ» فَقُلْتُ

✧ I said, "O Messenger of Allah, whenever I see you, my soul becomes content and my eyes become tranquil. Inform me about everything." He said, "Everything was created from water." So, I said, "Tell me something that if I do, I will enter Paradise." He said, "Feed the hungry, spread peace, maintain family ties, and pray during the night while people are asleep. You will enter Paradise in peace."
