أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْخَلِيلِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«فِي الْإِنْسَانِ ثَلَاثُ مِائَةٍ وَسِتُّونَ مَفْصِلًا عَلَى كُلِّ مَفْصِلٍ صَدَقَةٌ» قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَمَنْ يُطِيقُ ذَلِكَ؟ قَالَ «تُنَحِّي الْأَذَى وَإِلَّا فَرَكْعَتَيِ الضُّحَى»

✧ "In a human being there are three hundred and sixty joints; for each joint a charity is due." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, who can do that?" He said, "You remove something harmful, or if not, then two rak'ahs of Duha."
