أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حِبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ زَمَنَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فَأَصَابَنَا سَمَاءٌ لَمْ تَبُلَّ أَسَافِلَ نِعَالِنَا فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مُنَادِيَهُ «أَنْ صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ»

✧ We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the time of Hudaybiyah. Suddenly, we were hit by a rain that did not touch the ground beneath our sandals. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded his caller to announce, "Pray in your garments."
