✧ Sulayman b. Dawud asked Allah, Blessed and Exalted, for three things, and He granted him two, and I hope He granted him the third. He asked Him for a kingdom that would not befit anyone after him, and He granted it to him. He asked Him for a judgment that would coincide with His judgment, and He granted it to him. He asked Him that whoever comes to this House—meaning the Holy House (Jerusalem)—intending only to pray in it, that he would come out of it as on the day his mother gave birth to him.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'And I hope that He granted him the third.'
