✧ A man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: O Messenger of Allah, which hour of the night and day do you command me not to pray in? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When you have prayed Fajr, refrain from praying until the sun has risen, for it rises between the two horns of a devil. Then prayer is witnessed, attended, and accepted until midday. When midday comes, refrain from praying until the sun has declined, for at that time Hell is stoked, and the intense heat is from the blaze of Hell. When the sun has declined, prayer is attended, witnessed, and accepted until you pray 'Asr. When you have prayed 'Asr, refrain from praying until the sun has set, for it sets between the two horns of a devil. Then prayer is witnessed, attended, and accepted until you pray Fajr."
