✧ We asked Jabir b. Abd Allah about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said, 'He used to pray Zuhr when the sun declined, Asr while the sun was alive, Maghrib when the sun set, and Isha sometimes he would hasten it and sometimes delay it. When the people had gathered, he would hasten it, and when they had not come, he would delay it. And they used to pray Subh in the darkness before dawn.'
