✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ met me while I was in a state of major ritual impurity. I walked with him while he was holding my hand, but I slipped away from him, went and bathed, then returned to him and sat with him. He said: "Where were you, O Abu Hurayrah?" I said: "You met me while I was in a state of major ritual impurity, and I disliked sitting with you." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The believer does not become impure."
