✧ Ali b. Abi Talib, may Allah's pleasure be upon him, prayed Fajr, then entered the Rahbah, and we entered with him. He called for water for ablution, and the servant brought him a vessel containing water and a basin. He took the vessel with his right hand and poured it over his left hand, washing it three times, washing his palms before putting them into the vessel. Then he inserted his right hand into the vessel, scooped water, filled his mouth, and rinsed his mouth and sniffed water into his nostrils three times. Then he inserted his hand into the vessel and washed his face three times and his forearms three times. Then he wiped his head with both hands, front and back. Then he inserted his right hand, poured water over his right foot and washed it. Then he inserted his hand into the vessel, then took it out and washed the other foot. Then he said: 'Whoever loves to look at the ablution of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, this is his ablution.'
