غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْخَالِقِ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ:
فِي الصَّائِمِ يَمَضْمَضُ [١]، فَدَخَلَ الْمَاءُ حَلْقَهُ، [قَالَ ] [٢]: إِنْ كَانَ وُضُوءًا وَاجِبًا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مَضْمَضَ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ فَإِنَّهُ يُعِيدُ [٣]
